Focus School Newry Campus starts the day with registration at 08.50.  The subsequent day is broken into six lessons of fifty minutes, two before morning break, two before lunchtime and two in the afternoon.  This allows for flexible and workable time allocation.  The primary classes breaks are staggered with the senior school pupils.

Many students take advantage of school-provided transport which ensures a safe and comfortable journey from RoI.

The early start follows through to a relatively early finish at 14:15, and this not only allows for students from further away to get home in reasonable time, but also provides valuable time for lesson preparation, staff meetings and training.

The school day finishes at 14.55, and is intended to be a living experience that students, teachers and parents enter into, share and enjoy to form a vibrant learning partnership.
